Booking Terms and Conditions

House Rules

By accepting these terms, the guest agrees to comply with the following rules throughout their stay at Villa La Formica Gentile.

🚬 No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all areas of the property. Smoking is permitted exclusively in open outdoor areas. In the event of a violation, an extraordinary sanitation fee will be charged.

🎉 No Parties or Events

Organising parties, events or gatherings involving people not included in the original booking is strictly forbidden. The property is intended exclusively for residential use by registered guests.

🐾 No Pets

Pets of any kind are not permitted inside the property or its grounds, unless prior written agreement has been made with the owner.

👥 Unregistered Guests

Access by persons not listed in the original booking is prohibited. In the event of unauthorised additional guests, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect and without refund.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €400.00 is required upon check-in (cash or bank transfer). It will be returned within 48 hours of check-out, subject to no damage. Any damage costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Different times must be agreed in advance.

Liability

The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay. The owner accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

Respect for Neighbours

Guests must behave respectfully towards neighbours, particularly during night-time hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
